Cal Xim

At Cal Xim we wanted to recover what we have always understood at home by home cooking: natural product quality, cooked to-date by following simple – but almost forgotten – traditional recipes from the Penedès and foods that are not hidden by the seasonings. The grilled meats, served with barbecued artichokes, grilled pork cheeks and feet and sausages (especially the black), beef, veal and lean duck (one of the favourites) are the most requested dishes coming out the fireplace.
